Eric Hammond - Director
In 2017, Eric took his love for travel and tourism and turned his passions into a thriving business with the founding of The Stay Hub. It has since become one of Auckland’s largest and fastest-growing short-term rental property management companies, spanning over 200 properties across the Auckland region and paving the way for the launch of Hammond & Co in 2023.
Eric considers this to be a vocation more than it is a job. His innovative approach to business development has seen the formation of two successful businesses and a loyal client base of property owners.

Gina Colcord - Business Manager

With over 16 years of experience working within every facet of property management; from property manager to business development management to General Manager, Gina’s expertise in the field spans across apartment management to suburban homes through to rural property management.

May is an accomplished and dedicated property management professional with over ten years of experience working in the property and real estate sector. From property management and real estate sales to working as a business development manager and team leader, May’s customer-focused approach reflects her commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Originally from Dunedin with an English heritage, May has a diverse background. From the deep south of Invercargill to the far north in Whangarei, May has lived in a variety of locations up and down New Zealand as well as internationally in Wales and England. May also converses in Te Reo Māori, which she speaks with her family.
