Understanding your tenancy agreement
Your tenancy agreement will outline important details such as the type and length of your tenancy, when it starts, the bond amount, how much you pay in rent and when, utilities, and what to be aware of when you choose to end your tenancy.
Types of Tenancies
Two types of tenancies exist: Fixed-term and Periodic.
It’s important to understand the differences between the two, so you can select the one that works best for you. What tenancy type you have will be outlined in your tenancy agreement.
